The Warrior's Minimum Daily Requirement

 The Warrior Minimum Daily Requirement consists of the following as a daily practice:

  • Mobility (do this every AM to prime your body for the day)
  • 100 Push-ups in any form
  • 100 KB Swings (or 100 squats if you don't have a KB)

That's it. This is NOT a workout. ๐Ÿ™‚

It's a daily practice.

Now, if you want to fire up your internal energy levels as well, I suggest adding in 10-20 minutes of zhan zhuang (standing meditation) each day as well.

This simple daily practice will catapult you head and shoulders above the rest of the mediocrity out there!!

Who am I and Why Should You Listen to Me?
